RUNNING

Do you remember how you used to run around the garden or park when you were a child? The freedom you felt and the ease with which you could do it? How many of you reading this now are wishing you could still run and feel like that? Well, with some help and a bit of hard work you can.

Whether you want to run for enjoyment, to get fit and healthy, to enter the next local 5k 'Race for Life' or to run next year’s London Marathon, I can help you achieve this.

If you have never run before but would like to start then what better way than to have somebody show you how. And think of the calories you’ll burn too!

I can design a programme for you whatever your running experience. If you’ve never run before then we will start with a gentle walk/run programme and I will be with you every step of the way.

'Running doesn't care what size you are, it doesn't care if you go red and wheeze trying to get from one lampost to the next - it only gives you encouragement to progress every time you move one foot faster than a walk. Running can be my greatest joy and my greatest sense of achievement.' Sharryn S.
