Personal Training is designed specifically with you and your needs in mind. Everybody’s training sessions are different, individual and tailored to help you achieve your goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain more energy, tone up, get fitter, run, cycle, walk or train for a sporting event, I can provide you with a motivating and effective exercise and fitness programme.

And there are lots of ways we can do this. Which is why I like to meet up with a prospective client beforehand (free of charge) so that we can discuss what it is you hope to aim for, what kind of exercise you enjoy and more importantly what you don’t enjoy! Committing to Personal Training sessions can be daunting, so meeting up will also give us a chance to get to know each other and for you to ask me any questions you may have before going ahead with a booking.

It may be that you decide we should meet up once a week for an hour’s training session and then I can also provide you with a programme for the rest of the time, so that you can work out on your own when I’m not there.

You might decide that actually having me with you three times a week is what you need, maybe one day we run together, one day you train with me using the TRX Suspension Training System and one day you have a Pilates session with me – anything is possible and any combination of exercise is viable if it gets you to achieving that goal.

Stuck for time? Why not hire me for a half hour session in your lunch hour three or four times a week, I can bring the gym to you – you’ll be amazed how much we can fit into thirty minutes!

Why not pair up with a friend and we can have a training session together. Not only is it more motivating to train with a ‘buddy’ but it also works out cheaper!

Just tell me what it is you want out of your training and we can make your programme not only effective and motivating but exciting, fun and within weeks you’ll see and feel the results of all your hard work.
