"When I took up Pilates, my main aim was to strengthen my back muscles which had a habit of siezing up. At first I did not have the strength in my tummy muscles to undertake some of the exercises, but with Harri's help and guidance I can now carry out the exercises and have stronger back and tummy muscles.
