My name is Harriet Angell and I am a fully qualified (and insured) Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Instructor (REPS level 3).

I am also a certified (REPS level 3) Mat Pilates Teacher, running classes and one-to-one sessions in Marlow, Bucks and the surrounding area.

I am passionate about health and fitness and believe that, with the right help, absolutely anyone can achieve their goals.

I have been in the fitness industry on and off for twenty five years. I started when I was an actress and in-between times taught aerobics and body conditioning - but in those days you didn't need any qualifications, just a Jane Fonda video and a pair of pink leg warmers! Since those early days I have trained professionally, as thankfully the fitness industry is now well regulated and based on sound scientific principles.
