PILATES

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness - even those who have never tried any form of exercise regime before.

The slow, controlled, flowing movements primarily strengthen the 'core' muscles that stabilize and support the spine, realign the body and correct postural problems.

Pilates brings mind and body together, focusing on total concentration, balance, precision and breathing.

My own experience of Pilates started because I wanted to be a stronger runner and cyclist. It has helped me enormously in strengthening my core muscles.

And something else too which came as a complete surprise - Pilates has helped me to sleep better!

★ Local classes (see timetable)

★ A short 35 minute 'taster' session for those of you who would like to know more before joining a class or booking a personal, one to one session

Classes last 1 hour

CLASS TIMETABLE

 

THURSDAY - Sea Cadets' Hall, Wethered Road, Marlow SL7 3AH (opp. Trinity Court) Map here

9.30am Improvers/Advanced - for those with some Pilates experience

10.45am Gentle Pilates (Complete beginners most welcome & 10% discount for over 60s at this class)

These two classes will run continuously until July 22nd and then re-start on 2nd September

All classes £7 per session. Please wear comfortable clothing - mats provided.

Corporate bookings welcome. Get a group together at your workplace and I'll come to you.
